Adding New Online Business Banking Users

Once you’ve enrolled in online banking, you can easily add additional users and give them permissions as necessary.
To get started:

  1. Log in to your online business account using your login ID and password.
  2. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot your password? link found below the login button.
  3. At the online banking homepage, navigate to the left-side menu and down to Manage Users.
  4. Click on the Manage Users tab, then click Users.
  5. The “User Management” screen will appear.
  6. Any users that have been set up previously will appear on this page below the “User Management” header.
  7. To add a new user, click New User.
  8. A form will appear. Complete all boxes, including assigning a login ID and temporary password.
  9. Click Save.
