We’re a community bank focused on families, businesses, customers and team members. We were born in Kansas, with a corporate office in Wichita, and we’re located in 50 communities throughout Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. Click here for more information about us.
Equity Bank is a community bank that recognizes the importance of local decisions and dedication to our local communities. We’re excited to serve our customers above and beyond our competitors. Just like NBC Oklahoma, Equity Bank is committed to the health, success and families of our employees, customers and communities.
First and foremost, your money is safe and sound, thanks to the FDIC’s guarantee on deposits with a federally backed and well-capitalized financial institution. You may continue to work with your local bank, and you can continue using your accounts and debit cards as usual. You will receive an Equity Bank Mastercard in the near future, but until then, continue to use your NBC Oklahoma card.
Stop in and see the same familiar faces you’re used to. To get in touch with us, you can reach our Customer Care Team at (888) 733-5041, weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm.
As of August 25, 2025, your NBC Oklahoma accounts will become Equity Bank accounts. We expect no service interruptions. Until this time, please continue to use and access your accounts as you always have. You may still use checks until your supply runs out, or through November 30, 2025. You may still bank in the same location and debit card service will be uninterrupted. The only change will be the name of your accounts, as reflected in the table below. Beginning August 22, at 4 pm, access to NBC Oklahoma online banking will no longer be available. Any Online Bill Pay transactions using NBC Oklahoma Online Banking will need to be completed by 4 pm on Friday, August 22. Changes to existing transfers or future dated transfers will need to be completed by 9 pm on August 21. Same day transfers will be allowed through 4 pm on August 22.
Starting August 25, you’ll have access to bill pay within Equity Bank’s online banking and mobile app. Your Online Bill Pay information will not transfer to your new Equity Bank account. You will need to set up payees, scheduled payments, and recurring online bill payments in Equity Bank’s Online Bill Pay.
Also starting August 25, you can access Equity Bank’s online banking. Simply visit EquityBank.com to log into your Equity Bank Online Banking account with your current NBC Oklahoma user ID and password. In almost all cases, your NBC Oklahoma user ID will remain unchanged. In certain cases, we will reach out to you if a login ID is already in use. You will be required to reset your password. We will ask you to verify your identity using a text or phone call. That’s it! You’re ready to go! We also recommend downloading the Equity Bank mobile app.
Your current electronic transactions, such as direct deposit, automatic payments, and ACH transactions, will be automatically matched and directed to your updated account. Before November 30th, 2025, you will need to contact each of the transaction providers to update your information to the Equity Bank routing number 101105354 and your updated account number, if applicable.
You can continue to use your NBC Oklahoma checks until your supply runs out, or through November 30, 2025. In almost all cases, your account number will not change, and NBC Oklahoma checks will be valid until November 30, 2025.
Equity Bank will cover the cost of your first set of checks up to $15 through our third-party vendor. Contact your local banker for more information.
NBC Oklahoma will mail you a final paper statement on or after Monday, August 25. Please ensure to download any needed account activity and/or electronic statements you may need from NBC Oklahoma Online Banking by 4 pm on August 22, 2025.
Equity Bank offers complimentary e-Statements on all accounts. Paper statement fee is $5 if added to applicable checking account. See “Your Deposit Accounts” booklet for details.
Equity Bank will review NBC Oklahoma’s current interest rates, and if any changes apply, we will contact you by mail.
You may notice a few enhancements to your loan statement and notices, but all NBC Oklahoma loan and mortgage accounts will remain with the same terms and conditions. If you currently remit payments using an NBC Oklahoma coupon book, continue doing so through the term of your loan. Beginning August 25, 2025, you will need to begin submitting your payments directly to Equity Bank either through online banking, by calling us, visiting the lobby or sending to any Equity Bank location, by continuing to mail to your NBC Oklahoma office, or by sending directly to:
Equity Bank
PO Box 730
Andover, KS 67002
Please note: Equity Bank does not accept loan payments by credit cards or debit cards over the phone. Please visit a bank location for loan payment options or call customer care for assistance 888-733-5041.
Please reference Your Deposit Account booklet for full details on account terms and fees. One important thing to keep in mind: Equity Bank does not charge ATM fees at any ATM in the continental United States! When an ATM asks an Equity Bank customer to accept the charge, the customer can select accept, and we will suppress those fees.
Absolutely! Your local bank is a key to your community. We will continue – and, in some cases, expand – our community support efforts. You will still see your bank associates at football games, grilling hot dogs, and playing hosts to customer events in their communities. We also intend to keep doing business locally with the service providers, organizations, and community efforts that count on our support.
