Our Internship Program

We offer a 10 week summer internship program with the goal of helping college students learn valuable skills in banking to help them with their future careers!

At Equity Bank we have a team of best-in-class customer service experts. We are looking for energetic, team oriented, and community focused individuals to join our team! Carefully selected from colleges and universities in our local communities, our interns bring distinctive ideas and perspectives to our organization. Our employees are passionate about building our emerging talent and future leaders. We provide real world experiences that highlight your skills and help you in determining your career path after college. IT Operations

“I spent this summer as an Intern in Talent Devlopment and HR at Equity Bank. I was able to support the training and HR teams by preparing for training classes, creating participant materials, and collaborating on content to present the effectiveness of the department within Equity Bank. I was even able to get Retail experience myself and gain some banking knowledge while working in the training department. Overall, my experience this summer was made worthwhile because of the connections I was able to make and the skills I was able to develop in both a professional and personal setting.”
