Updates to your Transaction Images.
Please take note of important changes regarding transaction images inside Equity Bank’s online banking platform.
Update Beginning March 11, 2023
We work to support all aspects of banking with the best in technology, and from time to time this includes upgrading our systems. On March 11, Equity Bank online banking will include a new and improved imaging system, displaying your check images and items within our online banking and e-Statement portal. This update will impact your ability to view images within online banking for transactions posted over the past 18 months. Beginning March 11, checks and items processed will appear as you’re accustomed within online banking and will be preserved going forward. We are eager to deliver new and improved tools for your business and consumer online banking.
No action is required from you, unless you wish to preserve copies of previous images, items or statements. Please review our reference guide for step-by-step instructions on how to retain all important documentation or, review the images and instructions below.
