Commonly Asked Questions

There are no fees associated with Digital Banking. All our accounts offer Free Digital Banking, Free Mobile Banking, and Free Unlimited Online Bill Pay.

Yes! If you are a first-time user, you will need to enroll here. Once you have enrolled, you may access digital banking here or via the Equity Bank mobile app.

Account information is updated in real time.

Apple Pay

  1. Go to the Wallet app and tap Add Credit or Debit Card.
  2. Follow the steps to add a new card. If your Equity Bank debit card is already connected to your Apple account, simply enter its security code to enroll.
  3. Tap Next. It takes just a couple minutes to verify your information. After that, tap Next and start using Apple Pay!

Google Pay

  1. Open the Google Pay app and tap + at the bottom right, then tap Add a credit or debit card.
  2. Use the camera to capture your card info or enter it yourself.
  3. If you’re asked to verify your card, choose a verification method from the list. Find and enter the verification code. You’re good to go!

Samsung Pay

  1. Navigate to and touch Apps > Samsung Pay. Touch Add. Touch Add a credit or debit card.
  2. Align your card inside the frame. Samsung Pay will automatically detect the card number and expiration date. Enter any remaining required information and touch Next.
  3. To verify your identity, touch the desired verification method.
  4. Enter the OTP (One Time Password) and touch Submit.
  5. Enter your signature and touch Save. To complete the process touch Done.

Security and Permissions

Click “This is a personal computer. Register it.” to remember your computer. Any time history or cookies are deleted, you will need to re-register.

Yes, however, for security reasons, we do not suggest this.

We use the highest security software available to protect information online.

Equity Bank’s Digital Banking can be used with any ISP.

Statements can be saved in a PDF, and our Digital Banking is also compatible with finance software such as Quicken, Microsoft Money, Microsoft Excel, and more.

With the Card Suite Lite app, you can control how or when your debit card is used.

Left your card at a restaurant? Lock it until you get back. Traveling on vacation? Choose which cities your card can be used in. Card Suite Lite can help you control, manage, and monitor card usage from your mobile phone, providing real-time transaction alerts. Now you can prevent fraudulent transactions instead of just detecting them after the fact.

How do I sign up?

  1. You will need your debit card and an email address before downloading the app
  2. From your app store, search for Card Suite Lite and download
  3. Open the app once installed and select Sign Up at the bottom of the welcome page
  4. Complete as prompted and start protecting your card!

Updating Banking Information

To update your contact information, visit “Settings” from the menu in digital banking, and then select “Update Contact Information” from the dropdown.

To change your statement option, visit “Services” from the menu in digital banking, and then select “E-Statements” from the dropdown. You will be re-directed to statements.equitybank.com. From here, select “Profile,” where you will then be able to choose your Statement Status. Make sure to hit the “Submit” button once a selection has been made.


Money Movement

To view a copy of a check, please visit the account that the check was issued on and click into the transactions page. Once there, you will be able to view an image of the check with an option to download the image as well.

To view a copy of your statement, visit “Services” from the menu in digital banking, and then select “E-Statements,” to view and download.

If you are unable to view a copy of your checks or statements, please call your local Equity Bank.

No, the transfer regulations differ slightly between account types. With further questions, please contact your local banker or Customer Service at (888) 733-5041.

Your full Equity Bank account transaction history will be visible within online banking. For accounts that have transitioned to Equity Bank, please see your Welcome Booklet Terms & Conditions Packet for information on accessing your prior account history.

Internal transfers can be made 24/7. Transfers for loan payments will reflect on the loan the following business day.

External transfers have a cutoff time of 5 p.m. on business days, excluding federal holidays or weekends. Transfers that are verified on a business day before 5 p.m. will be sent that day. Transfers made after 5 p.m. or on a non-business day (Weekend or Federal Holiday) will be reviewed on the next business day.

For your security, Equity Bank may contact you to verify external transfer requests. Any transfers not verified by 5 p.m. will be cancelled and need to be resent.

This system enables customers to pay bills from multiple accounts, send expedited payments, and make person-to-person electronic payments quickly and easily. It also allows for single or recurring payments.

You can pay companies, individuals, Banks or Credit Unions and make transfers to other accounts.

Payments processed electronically will be taken out the day you have set to pay. Payments sent as a check in the mail will be taken out once payment has reached the merchant and they have processed it.

It depends on how the payment will be processed. Some payments are sent as a check in the mail and some are sent electronically. When setting up the payment you will choose the process date and besides that will be a calendar with the “Estimated Arrival Date.” When payments are sent through the mail as a check, there is a slight delay. Make sure to consult the calendar within Online Bill Pay, it will confirm for payments sent and received.

The current storage duration is 18 months. Payments made longer than 18 months ago are not available to view.

As long as you can access Digital Banking, you can access Bill Pay and schedule payments. Please note that for same-day payment processing in Online Bill Pay, 4 p.m. is the cutoff time. If you schedule the payment after 4 p.m., it will be processed the following day.

Certain merchants have the capability to deliver e-Bills right to your Online Bill Pay account. e-Bills present the information you need to pay your bill on time, including the amount due, due date, and unpaid balance. You may continue to receive detailed paper bills by either mail or email when you register for e-Bills. You may also customize e-Bill service to receive email alerts when we receive the e-Bill. All previous e-Bills are maintained online for up to 18 months.
