In many locations, we’re updating drive through lanes to expand your service and allow you to complete banking transactions via two-way video with an Equity Bank teller. Enjoy the convenience of an ATM with the combined security and service of a drive-thru teller experience.

To get started with an Equity Bank video teller, simply touch the screen to be connected to an Equity Bank teller. The teller will guide you through your transaction and can answer any questions regarding your Equity Bank account(s).

When you use an Equity Bank Video Teller, you’ll be able to complete most transactions that include a lobby teller. Transactions include depositing or cashing checks, making cash withdrawals, depositing cash, making loan payments, or transferring funds between accounts.

When you choose to use an Equity Bank video teller, deposit slips will no longer be required. To ensure the security of your accounts, please be ready to provide your Drivers License or issued identification. You will also want to bring any checks or cash that you wish to deposit into your account(s).

Our ITMs provide you with the option to speak with a live video teller in either Spanish of English.
