Matt Brewer is a dynamic and relational leader with a passion for developing individuals and fostering cultures of excellence.  He has a proven track record in business development, talent development, organizational leadership, and operational management across diverse industries, including banking, education, and corporate operations.  Matt is adept at strategic planning, leadership training, and driving business growth.  He excels in building and nurturing strong teams, empowering individuals to reach their full potential, and enhancing organizational performance.  As a Wealth Solutions Officer, Matt is responsible for driving business growth and expanding client relationships in trust and wealth management.  Matt enjoys serving in the community on various boards, councils, and in local government.  Outside of these responsibilities, Matt enjoys spending time with his family attending and supporting them in their activities.
