When selecting candidates for the Bank Management Training program, Equity Bank is looking for future leaders of our company. These individuals are high-performing college graduates who enjoy a challenging work environment and have shown a trajectory for success through education and extracurricular activities. Candidates are hardworking,
motivated individuals with superior customer service skills and must possess:
A four-year business related degree
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Strong analytical ability
