CLINTON, Mo. (October 6, 2025)- Equity Bank announced the promotion of Blake Moreland to Regional President of the company’s Western Missouri Region.
Mr. Moreland will oversee all operations at the 11 Equity Bank locations in his territory, which includes Clinton, Higginsville, Knob Noster, Sedalia, St. Joseph, Sweet Springs, Warrensburg, Warsaw and Windsor. He will office out of the bank’s Clinton location at 615 E. Ohio St.
“This is a story of entrepreneurial spirit and hard work,” said Craig Dunn, Equity’s Regional CEO of Community East. “Blake has fire in his belly and has a lot of great ideas for Western Missouri. I am excited to see what he can do for our customers and communities.”
Mr. Moreland joined Equity in April 2024 as a Senior Ag Lender. Since that time, he has led Missouri’s community markets in both loan production and growth.

Mr. Moreland’s Missouri roots run deep. He grew up on a beef, dairy, and row crop farm in Harrisonville, and attended the University of Missouri, where he studied agriculture and finance.
Overall, Mr. Moreland has served banking customers in Missouri for the last six years, delivering tailored solutions and building long-term relationships.
