Here are a few tips to get you started using our online banking services. To find questions and answers quickly about online banking and mobile banking click here.
To login for the first time, please click the "Login" button at the top right of the screen. Choose "personal" and enter your Access ID. In almost all cases your Access ID will remain the same as it was from your previous financial institution. If you are not able to login using your previous Access ID, please contact our Customer Care team.
Please use a default password to access your account for the first time. Your default password is Equity plus the last four digits of your Social Security or Tax ID number, entered like so: Equity0000. That's it!
Your account history, balances, and transactions will be available for your review inside our online banking.

Online Bill Pay
Your online banking payees, scheduled payments, and recurring payments will be transferred into our Online Bill Pay, available within online banking and our mobile app. Schedule, pay, and send money as needed once you successfully logged into online banking.
I'm joining Equity Bank as part of a merger with another financial institution. How long will I be able to access my current online banking account?
Welcome! Your current online banking page will be available in view-only mode approximately one (1) week after the official transition date. After the transition date, you can sign onto online banking from www.equitybank.com. To log on, simply click the "Login" button on the top right-hand corner of any of the pages on our website.
Will I have to re-enroll in online banking on the Equity Bank website?
No! We'll make sure that your information is added to our system and will send you a temporary password. Please note if you're a joint account owner, your account information will be under the social security number of the primary account holder. We recommend you speak with your local bank location before the transition to identify the primary account holder.
How will this affect my Bill Pay services?
It won't! Once you login into Online Banking, you will be able to access your bill pay services. We will add all of your payees to our system with the rest of your information. With Equity Bank, Bill Pay and several other convenient services like mobile deposit, pay your friends and track your spending habits, is free. For more information, please visit here.
During the transition: Please double check your payment schedules and payments around the time of the transition. After the transition is complete and you've enrolled in Equity Bank online banking, we recommend that you recheck your information to make sure its correct.
Will I be able to view my old statements?
Yes! You can access statements dating back 18 months from today's date.
How do I download the mobile app?
Our mobile app is free and available 24/7. If you own an Apple or Android device, you can download our mobile banking app in your device's app store. If you're an Apple device user, the app will be available in the App Store. If you're an Android device user, the app is available in Google Play. Will I be able to use mobile deposit?
To use our free mobile deposit service, you'll want to make sure you've enrolled in online banking and our mobile app. Once you've enrolled into each, please log in and click "Deposit Check". You'll need to request access to start using mobile deposits. Once you've received approval, you can start depositing checks right from your smartphone or tablet any time, any where. Are there deposit limits for mobile deposit?
You may make up to 5 deposits and up to $2,000 in deposits each day, but can't exceed $5,000 or more than 10 deposit transactions per month.
