Did you know? When you receive a new Equity Bank debit card from us in the mail, a separate mailer including your PIN will follow days later.
However, we know you can't always wait to begin using your card, particularly if it's a replacement card. For example, you may have been sent a brand-new Equity Bank debit card as a precautionary measure after the Target security breach of Dec. 19, 2013.
While your PIN is on the way – don't delay. Activate your card, then give us a call at 888-733-5041. One of our customer care team members can reference your PIN code and help you select, assign, and choose your PIN. If you prefer to visit in person, we can also help you choose your PIN at any Equity Bank location.
