New Treasury Management Officer in KC, Manager Promotions in Missouri

Mark Janczewski has joined Equity Bank as Vice President and Treasury Management officer.

Janczewski is responsible for managing, developing and cultivating treasury management relationships with clients in the Kansas City area. Janczewski also will contribute to business development strategy for the Kansas City metro area.

A certified treasury professional with more than 10 years specializing in the development, consultation, and management of treasury services, Janczewski previously worked in a similar capacity for other banks in the Kansas City area. Janczewski also managed treasury services from the client side for Hallmark Cards.

Janczewski holds his MBA from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, and has a B.S. from William Jewell College in Liberty, Mo. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) by the Association for Financial Professionals.

Lomax, Dickey Promoted in Missouri

Equity Bank has named Jesse Lomax as manager of its Knob Noster, Missouri branch location at 200 State Street, the bank's closest to Whiteman Air Force base.

Lomax has worked for Equity Bank for nearly 7 years as a personal banker in Warsaw, joining then-First Community Bank in 2006 and managing several special projects and partnerships for the bank during his time. Equity Bank acquired First Community Bank in 2012. Lomax previously worked for UMB after graduating with a business and marketing degree from State Fair Community College.

Originally from Warsaw, Lomax was heavily involved in the Benton County community, including the Warsaw Alumni Association and serving on the boards of the West Central Missouri Community Action Agency and the Warsaw Senior Center.

Karla Dickey is now customer service manager of Equity Bank's Warsaw, Truman Hills location on Commercial Avenue off Highway 65.

As customer service manager, Dickey will oversee daily operations and personnel at Equity Bank's Truman Hills location, and will contribute to overall market strategy. She will report to Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager Mary Burke in Warsaw. Dickey has worked for Equity Bank in Warsaw since 2003, joining then-First Community Bank after similar positions with UMB and Hawthorn Bank.

Dickey is originally from Lee's Summit and has lived in Warsaw with her family for more than 20 years. She is active in the community, previously serving as treasurer of Warsaw North School's PTC, and is a leader with Warsaw Girl Scouts.
