Checks
Please continue to use your current supply of First Community Bank checks and pre-printed deposit slips. All checks written will be automatically routed to Equity Bank. Check re-orders placed with the bank will be filled with checks showing the Equity Bank logo and routing number. If you work with a third party check vendor by ordering checks outside of the bank, one of our Customer Service Representatives can provide you with Equity Bank’s check graphic and routing information for your preferred vendor.

Debit/ATM Cards
Please continue to use your current First Community Bank ATM or Debit Card until it expires. At that time, your current First Community Bank card will automatically be replaced with a new Equity Bank card. It is likely that transaction capabilities will be limited during the conversion weekend – beginning the evening of Friday, November 9 through Monday, November 12. We recommend that you obtain cash for the weekend prior to 5:00 PM on Friday, November 9, 2012.

Credit Card
If you currently have a First Community Bank credit card, there will be no changes to your card. You may continue to use your credit card as you do today.

Online Banking
You will have access to your accounts via the First Community Bank Online Banking system through the transition. Starting at 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 8, you will be able to access your accounts to view your balances and history but you will not be able to make online transfers. Full access to your accounts, including the ability to make transfers, will resume on Monday, November 12, 2012, when the online banking system will have a fresh, new Equity Bank look. You will be able to access Equity Bank’s Online Banking with your current user name, password, and security questions.

Bill Pay
If you are currently using First Community Bank’s Bill Pay system, your payment detail and payees will be transferred to Equity Bank’s Bill Pay system. To accommodate this transfer, First Community Bank’s Bill Pay system will not be available from 5:00 PM, Thursday, November 8, 2012 through Monday, November 12, 2012. During this period you will not have any access to the Bill Pay system. However, all payments that you have set up for payment prior to 5pm on Thursday, November 8, will be paid as scheduled. (Monday the 12th is the Veteran's Day banking holiday. Payments scheduled for Monday the 12th will be automatically paid on the 13th.) On November 12, 2012, you will be able to enjoy full access to the Bill Pay system with the same great functionality but it will have a new, fresh Equity Bank look.

Automated Payments/Direct Deposit (ACH) Items
Your current automated clearinghouse (ACH) items (direct deposits, automatic payments, etc.) will be routed to Equity Bank as of November 12, 2012. We will send a “Notice of Change” through the ACH system informing the originator of the change in the bank routing number. If you set up any new ACH items on or after November 9, 2012 please use your current account number and the new routing number (101105354). Additionally, if you have any bill payments set up on merchant websites please go into those payment options and change the routing number.

Mobile Banking
You can continue to use the First Community Bank MobileMoney system through 5:00 PM, Friday, November 9, 2012. Starting at 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 8, you will be able to access your accounts to view your balances and history but you will not be able to make mobile transfers. Starting on Monday, November 12, 2012, the Equity Bank MobileMoney system will be available for your use with the same great functionality as you currently enjoy. You will need to re-enroll on the Equity Bank MobileMoney system using your First Community Bank Online Banking user name and password.

Telephone Banking
You can continue to use the First Community Bank FirstFone system until 5:00 PM on Friday, November 9, 2012. The Equity Bank Telephone Banking System will be available for your use on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. Upon your first call to the Equity Bank Phone system, follow the prompts & enter your account number. Your Phone Banking PIN will default to the last 4 numbers of your SSN and you will be required to change it during your first call.

Certificate of Deposit Accounts
Your First Community Bank certificate of deposit or individual retirement account will retain the same term and interest rate.

Loan Accounts
All First Community Bank loan accounts will remain with the same terms and conditions. If you currently use a First Community Bank coupon book to make your loan payments, please continue to use your current coupon book for future payments.
